Ryan is SVP at Searchlight Cyber and founder of Intangic, which was acquired by Searchlight Cyber in 2025. An entrepreneur with real-world cybersecurity and financial modeling experience, he leads Intangic’s data science, technology and product vision as part of Searchlight Cyber’s preemptive cybersecurity offering.
Prior to founding Intangic and joining Searchlight, Ryan spent 15 years as a fund manager and structuring financial risk products. He has also co-authored several research reports on cyber risk, including the first peer-reviewed article on the intersection of cybersecurity and finance in Chatham House’s Journal on Cyber Policy.
